Very helpful staff, excellent food, comfortable and clean

The units are reasonably large with 3 single beds. The breakfast is satisfactory, includes boiled eggs, croissants, and cereals. Our hotel is set in a remote location just next door to huge retail park, and town centre and basilica. Excellent people that welcomes you in.

I loved the stylish decor with a modern and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The dining experience was a standout, with delicious meals served generously during breakfast and dinner! The location was perfect, allowing me a quick walk to the nearby Basilica this fine site both easy and enjoyable.

It ios located a long way from the town centre. Too far to walk. Industrial and retail zone. Room was hot and fan was broken.

No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. Room had fridge with nothing in it.

I almost thought i had found a gem, but my shower attachment was broken, and the sink plug was useless! Not to mention, i expected 4-star treatment at least, not a mere paper cup in the bathroom! Such a disappoinment, especially when the staff couldn't even manage a warm smile. Now i see why this place is so cheap.

This hotel was really value for money. The room was very spacious and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were very friendly.

A very pleasant hotel with attentive and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was especially appreciated and very good value. We showed us ildren in the above questions. This did not quite identify us as we were grandparents travelling with our eldest grand-daughter who is to be confirmed next year and has thought of Therese as a Confirmation name (as has my wife) so the trip was more in the way of a mini pilgrimage.

We were surpised and disappointed that for a 3* hotel there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. perhaps we English are more used to these facilities always being available; we did expect them, the hotel we stayed at the previous night in Cherbourg (2*) did have the usual tea making facilities in room. Perhaps something to consider. We would recommend the hotel to others wishing to stay in Lisieux but with a warning about lack of tea making facilities. Perhaps your booking site should state these are not currently available.

The quality of food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Easy access to local attractions meant less hassle and more time enjoying the sights.

Many rooms suffer from outdated decor and lack basic amenities like air conditioning, a knockout during warm weather. There's a notable absence of comfort features, with tiny towels and limited in-room facilities, like no refrigerator or safe. Noise from the adjacent main road can be a nuisance if you're trying to catch some Z's. Finally, drinks from the bar felt overpriced for what they were, dulling the mood a bit.

The room itself was exceptionally nice and attractive with 3 single beds and had essentials we needed. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, everything was beautiful.
